Artwork Guidelines – A4 Presentation Folders

To achieve the best possible print quality, please prepare your artwork to the following specifications:

  • Finished size: 210mm × 296mm
  • Size with bleed: 216mm x 302mm
  • Bleed: 3mm on all sides
  • Safe zone: Keep all important content at least 5mm from the trim edge
  • Resolution: Minimum 300 dpi
  • File format: PDF, maximum file size 50MB
  • Colour: CMYK (RGB and Pantone colours will be converted)
  • Fonts: All fonts must be outlined or embedded
