Artwork Guidelines – A5 Stapled Booklets

To achieve the best possible print quality, please prepare your artwork to the following specifications:

  • Finished size: 148mm × 210mm (A5)
  • Size with bleed: 154mm × 216mm
  • Bleed: 3mm on all sides
  • Safe zone: Keep all important content at least 5mm from the trim edge
  • Resolution: Minimum 300 dpi
  • File format: PDF, maximum file size 50MB
  • Colour: CMYK (RGB and Pantone colours will be converted)
  • Fonts: All fonts must be outlined or embedded
  • Staple margin: Allow 10–15mm gutter margin along the spine for stapling
