Artwork Guidelines – A4 Posters and Leaflets

If you are supplying artwork for both front and back, please ensure files are clearly labelled when uploading. To achieve the best possible print quality, please prepare your artwork to the following specifications:

  • Finished size: 297mm × 210mm
  • Size with bleed: 303mm × 216mm
  • Bleed: 3mm on all sides
  • Safe zone: Keep all important content at least 3mm from the trim edge
  • Resolution: Minimum 300 dpi
  • File format: PDF, maximum file size 50MB
  • Colour: CMYK (RGB and Pantone colours will be converted)
  • Fonts: All fonts must be outlined or embedded
